This spacious holiday villa is situated between the sea & mountains in Alsancak. It is set fully equipped for self catering holidays and furnished to a high standard. The ground floor is marbled throughout.

Villa Elmas is set in mature gardens which comtain a 30 x 14 ft private pool with steps and night lights. Garden table and chairs and sunbeds are provided for the terraced areas. The owners provide all that is needed except beach towels. This superb accommodation is only 5 minutes from sandy beaches.

Northern Cyprus is one of the last, unspoilt areas of the Mediterranean. The local people are friendly and delighfully laidback. The area around Kyrenia is a particuarly attractive. Villa Elmas is situated in the traditional village Alsancak, in the foothills of the Besparmak Mountains. It is only 15 minutes drive from Kyrenia Town.

Alsancak is a traditional village in the foothills of the Besparmak Mountain range. This holiday villa is only a 40 minute drive from Ercan airport in Northern Cyprus and a 1 hour drive from Larnaca in Southern Cyprus.
