Large living area opening onto patio and has a TV, DVD player and CD/tape/radio. Kitchenette with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and toaster; Downstairs cloakroom/ltoilet.
Upstairs has two large bedrooms (1king size, 1 twin)and a bathroom with bath/shower. Shared pool, pool showers and toilets, sunbeds and parasols.

Local area

Iris Cottages is situated in what is known as the Universal area and is surrounded by other new properties, all built in the last few years. There is still some developing taking place generally but not in our immediate area. It takes about 10 - 15 minutes to the centre of Kato Paphos where the bars and restaurants are situated and about 20 minutes to the harbour. There is a good bus service.
Iris is conveniently situated about 10 miles from Pafos airport. 
Driving is on the left and road signs are usually in English and Greek.
