The kitchen has oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster. Guest w.c. Dining area and sitting room is equipped with satellite TV, CD/Tape Hi Fi and fireplace, and opens on to lovely terrace overlooking pool. Portable BBQ. Private garden and drive.
The private pool 8.5m x 4.5m is illuminated at night. Poolside is equipped with 6 sunloungers, umbrellas and garden furniture.
The property has warm air heating for cooler months.

The sea is just 700m, and a good selection of bars, restaurants and minimarkets, are closeby, from 300m/500m approx. The local bus, (which runs regularly between Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay ), is 300m. A car is not essential. Paphos Airport transfer 25 minutes. Taxi for 4 CY£15 approx. The owner can arrange this.
