Villa Aurora with its unique pool with auroral effects after dark, is completely detached and secluded in a quiet country lane, on a hillside, with far reaching views across hills to the shimmering sea beyond. The location is very peaceful, and Simou village is approx 300m. Much of this area is protected from development as it is part of the Akamas National Park. This is area is traditional Cyprus where the old ways still continue.
The house has been built using traditional stone and wooden beams. It is spacious and furnished to a very high standard and has the benefit of a fireplace for cooler months. It may be suitable for guests with disabilities as there is a ramp with handrail from house to poolside and downstairs bedrooms/shower rooms as below. Not recommended for young children.

Further details of Villa Aurora

Simou is a small village south of Polis and is an area of natural beauty. In the village there are a handful of local café/tavernas, coffee shops, mini market and bank.
Chrysochou Bay has miles and miles of quiet protected beaches away from the crowds, backed by citrus groves and hills. The nearest main sandy beach is at Polis Camping. The Baths of Aphrodite and Latchi harbour and sandy beach and the largely uninhabited AKAMAS PENINSULA are a short drive.
The nearest main town is Polis (15 mins drive) which has a sandy beach, banks, interesting shops, and excellent tavernas.
