This 2 bedroomed holiday villa is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Peyia, near Coral Bay and Paphos. The self catering accommodation is set within a maturing garden which features fruit and palm trees and is enclosed by a hibiscus hedge. It has a lovely private pool approx 8m x 4m, with wide Roman steps and a handrail for easy access. There are lovely sea views of the sea and hills, and the air here is above the humidity level of the coast. The villa is ideal for 4 sharing.

Twin bedrooms, both with adjoining shower/w.c. Both bedrooms have balconies.
The main shower room/w.c. has a "wheel in" style extra wide shower with 3" - 4" lip, suitable for guests in wheelchairs.
Large balcony equipped with table and chairs, overlooking pool. Sea views.
Air conditioning available in bedrooms and lounge.
TV, radio cassette and DVD.

The private pool is approx. 8m x 4m, has lighting for night- time, and is regularly maintained. Depth (from patio level) 1.2m - 2m.
