A new, second floor, one bedroom apartment in a small development block of eight apartments. It has a good size double bedroom (twin beds) and an open plan lounge area equipped to sleep two people. Fully equipped for self catering. A good sized balcony, from the lounge area, overlooks the pool area.

The Apartment is located on the outskirts of Kato Paphos holiday town, approx ten minutes walk to the town centre. The town has several historical sites of interest, plus a small beach with water sports activities. There are many different types of restaurants to suit all tastes. From Kato Paphos it a short drive or bus ride to the old town of Paphos with its old market and shops. For those who like to explore you only need to go a short distance by car in any direction see variety of sites and areas of outstanding beauty and interest, many of which area listed in the folder in the apartment to help you find your way round along with local maps to help you make the most of your holiday and enjoy your stay.
