The perfect romantic
retreat for two. The original coach house to the
main house (c.1750) sits in a tranquil 28-acre
estate and has fabulous views over the Lynher valley.
Sympathetically restored to a high standard, it
retains many original features (ETB rated 4*). Outside the Coach House has a private garden with terrace and lawn areas,
a built-in barbeque and hardwood furniture. |

The sitting room with dining
area, has exposed, original roof timbers and
lintels. The lovely galleried bedroom has a king
sized bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe
and cupboards and space for a cot. There is a
fully equipped separate kitchen and an impressive
slate and glass "wet room" with huge shower area.
Downstairs, the flooring is teak block with rugs;
upstairs, the bedroom area is carpeted for comfort. The Coach House has ample parking for 2 cars a short distance from its garden. |
