Manesty Band Cottage - 4 bedrooms - accommodates 7
Cottage with two double bedrooms, one single and one with double and single bed. There is a bathroom/WC and separate shower/WC. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with dining table and sitting room with a piano. All rooms have uninterrupted views across the valley. Gravelled parking flanks the large sloping lawn.

	Manesty Cottage - 3 bedrooms - accommodates 6
	The heart of the original farmhouse with 2 double bedrooms & I with double & a single. and a bathroom/WC. Kitchen, laundry room, shower room/WC. Uninterrupted views across the valley from the lounge and one bedroom. Other rooms look towards the peaks of Skiddaw. The old garden gateway leads to a small lawn.

Manesty Dairy Cotage - 1 bedroom - accommodates 2
Edwardian extension to the farmhouse with its own secluded front door and verandah. The kitchen and lounge/dining room are upstairs. The lounge looks over High Seat towards the fells at the head of Borrowdale. The double bedroom is on the ground floor, together with enclosed verandah and bathroom/WC.

	High Seat Cottage - 2 bedrooms - accommodates 5 people
	The southern farm building converted into a bungalow. This cottage has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with double and single, bathroom and separate WC. The kitchen/diner and large lounge enjoy beautiful views southwards towards the head of Borrowdale. The porch and sunroom add an extra dimension and open on to gravel parking and the lawn below.

Cocklety How Stable Loft Apartment - 2 bedrooms - sleeps 4
A first floor, self contained apartment over storage space. The kitchen and sitting room have views over Borrowdale. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a 4ft bed suitable for two children. There is a kitchen with dining area, sitting room, bathroom/WC and a paved patio at the back. Parking space and lawn to the front.
Interconnecting door allows Stable Loft & Studio Apartment to be occupied together

	Studio Apartment - accommodates 2
	Self contained 1st floor apartment over storage space. The entrance and patio are at first floor level. Sunny aspect and uninterrupted views of Borrowdale. Comprises kitchenette, shower/WC off the Studio which has a 5' bed, colour TV and dining area. The bed can be converted into 2 singles.

2 bedrooms - accommodates up to 4 adults + 1 child	Youdale Knot Caravan
Situated on a traditional Lakeland farm in the heart of Borrowdale with views across Borrowdale towards Grange Fell. One double bedroom & one with two 2ft beds which can be adapted to make a double bed and a folding bunk which can accommodate a young child.. There is a galley kitchen and a shower / WC.
