Fell House and apartment offer luxury, linked accommodation for up to 14 people. If booked separately The House sleeps up to 8, and The Flat sleeps up to 4. The Flat is also suitable for the infirm.
This unique accommodation is within a sympathetic conversion of a Victorian grain warehouse. Many original features of interest have been retained. Flooring in Fell House ranges from stone flags, to tiling, carpet and wooden boards. The accommodation includes places to escape to so that guests are not all forced to be in the one living room.
Fell House is situated within the lovely ancient town of Sedbergh, mid-way between Hawes in the Yorkshire Dales and Windermere in the Lakes. You only need walk 100 metres up the road, however, and you are at the foot of the Howgill Fells, leading to much good walking country and the famous Cautley Spout waterfall.

Sedbergh is in a part of Cumbria which forms part of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It offers a real small town shopping feel, with separate shops for the butcher, baker, greengrocer and chemist.
