Accommodation is provided in 8 bedrooms and some rooms have newly fitted ensuites.
Derwent House is situated down a quiet leafy lane near River Derwent and close to children’s play area ideal for families. It is also available on B&B basis by arrangement.

This accommodation has a ground floor bedroom with private bathroom accessible via a ramp, ideal for elderly, disabled or families with young children.

10 minutes to Gullivers Kingdom, Bakewell, Chatsworth House.
