Ten superb holiday cottages & apartments to let in Whitby. There are seven, lovely, old cottages and three, new, luxury apartments to choose from. Visit Britain has rated them from 3 to 5 stars.

All accommodation is located in or near the historic coastal town of Whitby. Most of the cottages & apartments are in the old part of Whitby and within a few minutes walk of each other. They are also just a short walk from the swing bridge, upper harbour and town.

Boatyard, Quayside and Cuddy cottages are next door to each other, and if booked together can accommodate 12 people but you may need to book well in advance.

Whitby Cottages & Apartments have been letting holiday cottages in Whitby since 1994. The accommodation offered is fully equipped for self catering, comforatble and available for rental all year round. Short breaks may be taken out of season.

Whitby Cottages and Apartments are well equipped and include-
Kitchen Microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, washer, fridge, oover, iron & ironing board.
Dishwasher Boatyard Cottage and Sail Loft Apartment have dishwashers.
Lounge Open or living flame fire in some cottages. TV, video or DVD, radio/cassette/CD player. Selection of books, games, dvd/videos and music in the cottages. Comfortable seating.
Bedrooms Full size beds.
Bathroom Bath, electric shower (over bath and/or separate shower.)
Heating Full central heating or equivalent from storage heaters and electric panel heaters
Services All electric and gas is included in the price.
Linen Bed linen is provided, towels available at extra cost. Guest to bring own cot linen.
Pets Dogs welcome and stay free of charge in all the cottages. Sorry not the apartments.

Please discuss any mobility difficulties or other disabilities with the owners so they can you choose a suitable property. Whitby is built on the hilly banks of the river Esk and some streets are quite steep.
Location of Whitby Cottages & Apartments
Most of the cottages & apartments are in the old part of Whitby. Endeavour Loft Apartment and Seashell cottage are on the West side among the pubs, shops and restaurants.
