This gite is a private, self-contained suite of rooms in a delightful country house in South West France. This gite / apartment is equipped with all modern comforts and the rooms remain at a comfortable temperature even on the hottest of days.
This accommodation overlooks its own garden with covered terrace, BBQ and garden furniture. There are views are over a private lake and woodland area of approximately 20 acres. Guests have access to all 20 acres and the use of fishing rods and a small boat are available. Guests are also welcome to pick fruit from the orchard and fresh salads and vegetables are usually available from the kitchen garden. This accommodation may be suitable for  those who are mildly disabled as all rooms are on one level and there are no steps.

Location of Holiday Gite

This accommodation is loacted in a beautiful, tranquil retreat  between the  medieval town of Aiguillon and the village of Clairac. The gite is less than ten minutes from Clairac, where there is a delightful, secluded beach, a post office, a small supermarket and a boulangerie. There is a larger Intermarché supermarket at Aiguillon. Location of Aiguillon on Multimap The owners are happy to collect guests from the station at Aiguillon. There are airports at Bordeaux, Bergerac and Toulouse.
