The villa is situated in the quiet, private, estate of Quichenottes. There is easy access to the beach along a cycle track and La Tranche town centre is just 20 minutes walk away.

Location of  Vendee Holiday Villa, Le Pavot

The Vendee is famous for it's superb long soft sandy beaches. Quichenottes is a small private estate in the woods, near the beaches, between the village of La Terriere and La Tranche. The villa is also within walking distance of the delightful, seaside town of La Tranche-Sur-Mer.
The wooded area surrounding these secluded villas is protected so there will be no more building. There is a cycle path on the edge of the estate that goes to the beach and to La Tranche. It is just a short walk (950m) to the beaches which are ideal for swimming and watersports of all kinds. It is just a little further to walk to La Tranche's centre. This is one of the loveliest and most unspoilt holiday destinations in France.
The village of La Terriere with it's restaurant & small selection of shops is an even shorter walk to In the other direction.
