7 bedroom Vendee cottage with pool set in six acres of private land.

Thué is an 18th century, converted Water Mill set in six acres of private land. It is located in the Vendee region of Western France. The recent conversion created two large self contained holiday homes called, ‘The Mill’ & ‘The Wheelhouse.’
The Mill has 7 bedrooms and can accommodate 16 people. This spacious holiday cottage is fully equipped for self catering. It has it's own swimming pool and garden. One of the bedrooms is very large and serves as a second lounge.
The grounds at Thue comprise garden and woods with a shallow stream and a cycle track. The large gardens are flat and ideal for smaller children to cycle in. The local woods & villages are also excellent for cycling.
Thué is secluded but within 10 minutes walk of the quiet village of L'Hermenault. The village has friendly local bars and shops. These is a fantastic bakery, butchers, post office, supermarket, bank/cask point etc. The holiday homes at Thue are an excellent base for exploring all that the Southern Vendee has to offer.

Children	Cot, bath, 2 high chairs. Extra can be provided on request.
Bedding	Quilts, pillows & covers provided for up to 16 people.

Altogether there are 10 mountain bikes on the site. There are five for each property. (2 unisex, 1 ladies, 2 childrens, age 8 to 15). There are also 3 bikes for youngrer children (no stabilisers). In addition there are 2 bike trailers & a bike with a child seat. Helmets are NOT provided. Guests are asked to bring their own.

Thue is located in the Southern Vendee, West France. It is 3 hours easy drive from the nearest ferry port at St Malo. La Rochelle and beaches are a 50 minute drive away. The lively resorts of Les Sables d'Olonne & St. Jean de Monts are nearby.
