This holiday apartment is situated just a few yards from one of the most beautiful places in Rome - the Trevi Fountain. The Trevi fountain is in the historic centre of Rome, and all the main sights are within walking distance. The immediate area is full of small shops and lovely restaurants. The small one room apartment is off a quiet side street, and it is accessed by a stairway. It is on the second floor up from the road. The room contains a double sofa-bed, together with a table and chairs. There is a kitchen area with two cooking hobs and fridge for preparing simple meals. There is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Heating is provided for the wintertime, and there is air-conditioning for the summer. |

| Rome is a delightful place to
visit for a short city break or as a base for a longer holiday. The
area containing the historic part of Rome is very compact. Most well-known
places of interest are within 30 minutes walk. Starting from the Piazza
Navona, the Trevi fountain is about 15 minutes away, as is St Peter's
(in the opposite direction). The Roman Forum is 25 minutes, and the
Colosseum 30 minutes. The Spanish steps 25 minutes, and the Pantheon
about 10 minutes. But there are many other things to discover in Rome
- the many beautiful fountains, the hundreds of churches, the fabulous
shops from expensive designer to little corner shops, the artists in
the Piazza Navona, the galleries, the craftsmen, the hustle and bustle. Location Click
