A beautifully renovated Tuscan self catering cottage, with panoramic vistas. Ideally located for visiting the rest of Tuscany.
This holiday house is part of a working Tuscan farming village, with olive groves and vineyards surrounding the properties. The house is over 250 years old and was originally the place for drying the flour to make bread, pasta and other staples for the villagers.
The cottage comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room/office, with two outdoor terraces. There is also a queen sized divan sofa bed available, that can sleep an extra two, with a total availability for six.

Five minutes drive away is a bigger village with shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, post office.
Fifteen minutes away is a large town with more of everything, plus an international music festival that takes place every summer.
The Apuane mountains and wonderful countryside provide excellent walking opportunities.

Nearest airport - Pisa
Lucca or Pisa is less than one and a half hour's drive.
The Italian Riviera is an hour away by train. Florence is two and a quarter hours, Rome, four hours, and as are the beautiful ports of Lerici and Portovenere.
