The holiday villa and cottage are located in a private road less than a minute away from the public beach at Poste Lafayette. The villa is furnished to a high standard and offers spacious accommodation. The villa sits in a garden of over 4500 square metres and there is an abundance of local flora and fauna. The tropical garden offers a haven of peace and tranquillity as well as total privacy.
The guest cottage is also well equipped and offers accommodation for two persons.
This part of the Mauritius coastline is widely considered to be an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Location of Holday Villa Quatre Epices

This private villa is located on the East coast of Mauritius in the village of Poste Lafayette which is between Belle Mare on the east coast and Grand Gaube on the north coast.
The nearest commercial centre is a town called Flacq which is 10 minutes by car from the villa. Here you will find all major banks, supermarkets, local shops and a very lively local market on Wednesdays and Sundays.
The world famous Hotel Prince Maurice is only 5 minutes away by car and the local beach is directly opposite the hotel. Visitors may use the spa and water sports facilities upon prior arrangement.
There is also an 18 hole Golf course at the Links Club at Belle Mare and a diving centre at the Belle Mare Plage hotel.
Distance from Port Louis: 20km or 35 minutes by car
Distance from the airport: 35km or 60 minutes by car
Distance from Grand Baie: 15km or 25 minutes by car

Mauritius is situated near the Tropic of Capricorn and has a sub tropical climate which is hot and humid. In summer (From October to April) the average temperature is 24°C (75°F) early morning, to 30°C (86°F) by mid day on the coastal line.
In winter, the temperature in Mauritius, tends to be around 18°C (64°F) in the morning, to 24°C (75°F) at noon.
