Large open plan lounge with adjoining dining room, marble floors, open fire in lounge area and wood burning stove in dining area. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including microwave and dishwasher. Laundry room with two automatic washers. Cot and high chair available. the villa has a split level lounge/dining room with open plan feature staircase leading to 2 en-suite bedrooms upstairs with large sun terraces. there are a further 2 bedrooms on the ground floor sharing an additional bathroom. Air conditioning to all bedrooms. Satellite television and telephone with meter. Maid service included, 4 hours midweek and weekends, towels changed twice a week, sheets changed once a week. Extra maid service available at £4.50 per hour. the villa is set on high ground and enjoys full sunshine all day through to the evening sunset, ideal for dining al fresco. there is a large heatable private swimming pool (10m x 5m), and terraced area with lawns bordering the fairway with a beautiful view down the fairway. Barbecue and patio furniture including sun loungers. |
