the duplex apartment is made up of two separate
floors consisting of - A top floor apartment with large lounge and dining area, full picture patio doors leading to a large decked terrace 6m x4m overlooking the golf course and gardens, open fire, full air conditioning throughout. Two double bedrooms with panoramic views of the golf courses, patio doors to their own terrace, built-in wardrobes and cupboards, en-suite bathrooms with walk in power showers. the kitchen is top quality Gaggenau with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/drier etc. the lower ground floor consists of two further large double en-suite bedrooms with walk in showers, built in wardrobes and air conditioning. there is a second kitchen/utiliy room with fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing m/c & drier. A cot, high chair and an extra put-you-up bed are available. the grounds are beautifully landscaped in a secure/fenced area with security gates. there is an underground garage and a small health/keep fit centre,with Sauna,Turkish bath,gymnasium. |
