4 people. This two bedroomed house has communal gardens to the front and a small, private patio with table & chairs, jasmine & bougainvillea. The apartment below is occupied by a Portugese family of two. Casa Juana is a 10 minute walk from the centre of the beautiful, ancient town of Tavira and all its all facilities. Tavira is one of the oldest towns on the Algarve. It has
narrow, cobbled streets, a hilltop castle and 25 churches. The
coast in this area is part of the Reserva Natural da Ria Formosa which
is a haven for marsh & sea birds. Tavira town is separated from the sea by the island of Tavira. The island has several bars & restaurants for your refreshment. During the summer, 11 kilometres of white sand beaches can be reached by a ferry from the quay in the centre of the town. Tavira is about 30 minutes drive from Faro airport.
