This lovely bungalow is the owner's own holiday home and is equipped with every convenience for a great holiday. Little Swan itself does not have lake frontage but there is access to the lake just 2 minutes walk from the bungalow.
This accommodation is just a few minutes drive from a shopping area with many amenities. Noordhoek is is a wonderful holiday destination. It is a rural, unspoilt area which is only 35 minutes from the heart of Cape Town. The location of this holiday home is convenient for many of South Africa's attractions, including top wine estates, Table Mountain and many beautiful towns.

Just a few minutes drive away is a shopping area with a supermarket, launderette, liquor store, chemist, docto's surgery and a video hire shop. A little further away, there is a larger shopping mall with eating places, takeaways, banks and a multi screen cinema.
This unspoilt, rural area is only 35 minutes from the heart of Cape Town and is a wonderful holiday destination. Attractions include; birdwatching, horse riding, fishing, golf, pristine beaches, whale watching, the Cape Point Nature Reserve, The Noordhoek Art Route, the Penguin colony at Boulders Beach and much more. Visitors can also enjoy some of South Africa's top wine estates, Table Mountain, Victoria & Albert Waterfront, The Kirstenbosch Gardens and many beautiful towns.
