can accommodate up to 10 people. This holiday property is fully fitted and
equipped to a high standard. It has a balcony, patio and garden area.
Outdoor chairs, tables and sun loungers are provided.
There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. A fantastic beach is a half hours walk or five minutes drive away. A car is not essential but would be an advantage as there are many beauty spots and theme parks within an hours drive. If you wish to stay at home the house overlooks a swimming pool set in a gardened area which is safe for children and can be observed from the elevated veranda. There is also a tennis court and football pitch. |

BBQ. All bed linen and towels are supplied but not beach towels. A no smoking policy operates within this holiday home. There is also a tennis court and football pitch. The owners will let for periods other than a week subject to availability and do not necessarily stipulate a start day. |

This holiday complex is set in a modern urbanisation with plenty of shops, restaurants
and bars within easy walking distance. A fantastic beach is a half hour's
walk or five minutes drive away. The Spanish fishing village of Santa Pola is ten minutes away. This is a favourite with the Spanish for its fish restaurants. It is only half an hour's drive to the historic, capital town of Alicante which has a castle, a marina, good night life and a large variety of shops. Details of local attractions are in the accommodation. The airport is only 15 minutes and the owners arrange transfers. |
