Alkabir 1 is a 3 bedroomed holiday house in the Moroccan Style urbanisation of Alkabir which is situated by the coast on the northern outskirts of the town.

Alkabir is set in attractive landscaped gardens and boasts a splendid swimming pool with ample sunbathing area and a pool side bar. The nearest local beach has a summer bar and is 5 minutes walk away. The beautiful sandy beach at Playa Muchavista/San Juan is 5 minutes drive away.
Within the Alkabir urbanisation there are several bars and restaurants which cater for most tastes. There is also a small supermarket, which can supply all the essentials. There is a rail/bus link for the scenic Alicante to Denia coastal railway, which has stops all along the coast including Campello, San Juan, Villajoyosa, Benidorm and Altea.

The holiday accommodation sleeps up to 7 plus a cot, if requested. It comprises of a small patio garden leading into an open plan living/dining room and American style kitchen. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom, a triple bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is also a Utility area leading off the top bedroom and steps up to a roof terrace. This property has a television, DVD, video, a microwave and a washing machine.
Swimming pool is open June to September only and passes are included.
