A spacious ground floor apartment with private garden and patio overlooking private pòol. Situated in 4 acres of private parkland with stone terraces, old olive trees and shady pines.
The modern kitchen has an adjacent dining area. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine/iron/etc. In the sitting room there is a TV, video/dvd player and music centre. The bedroom contains a king size bed, large wardrobe with full mirror & an en-suite modern bathroom. The property is cenrtally heated. A gas barbecue & sunbeds are provided. The owners live on the premises.
This area is designated'Rustica' (ie.Greenbelt) 1mile from village with restaurants- one a 5 Star. a small supermarket -tennis court etc
