A self catering, detached villa with its own pool near Fethiye

This is a pretty holiday villa which sleeps 6-8. It is set in the lower part of Ovacik and has lovely rural views, across fields, from the rear of the property

The self catering villa is set in mature gardens and has a lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool where guests can enjoy the view and wonderful sunsets.
The pool is 6 x 3.5 metres. It has a shallow end of 4ft 6ins and a deep end of 6ft.
There is a traditional stone built BBQ and plenty of room to sunbathe.

The villa is furnished to a high standard and is set on 3 floors.
Downstairs is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. A door leads to the covered terrace. The lounge area is very comfortable with 2 sofas, one is a sofa bed (only suitable for children)There is a TV and a DVD player. Patio doors led on to the terrace.
First floor has 2 double bedrooms, both a very good size and each has windows on 3 sides making them very light. Each has a balcony. There is a family shower room on this floor.
Second floor: a very light and spacious attic room with twin beds & a large ensuite shower room.

Very close to the shops and restaurants of Ovacik and within walking distance of of Hisaronu, with the dolmus route to Olu Deniz and Fethiye just a minutes walk away.
NB: A Turkish dolmus (DOHL-moosh) is a shared taxi or minibus running a pre-determined route, with each passenger paying only a portion of the normal fare.
Transfers can be arranged from Dalaman Airport

There is a wealth of things to do for all age groups. These include historical sites, paragliding, horse riding, kite surfing, scuba diving, jeep safaris, quad biking boat trips, markets and many more.
