The well equipped kitchen and breakfast nook overlook a large, open plan living area. The villa has a separate formal dining room & a den that can be a fifth bedroom. Beautifully furnished to a very high standard with white leather sofas and sliding doors to the pool deck and views over Peace Lake.

2 grand master suites with king-size beds, large fitted wardrobes (one with walk-in), satellite TV and double doors leading to the pool deck. They have ensuite bathrooms with spa baths, separate showers and twin marble sinks.
2 further bedrooms situated either side of a family bathroom, both with fitted wardrobes.- One has twin beds and the other a queen-size bed.
An additional 4th bathroom opens straight onto the outside pool area.
28 x 14 ft, south-facing swimming pool with underwater lights and attached heated jacuzzi hot tub. Sliding doors lead out to the covered lanai which provides shelter from the midday sun.
Extended pool deck includes patio furniture with a large table, chairs and sun loungers. There are also pool toys and lilos. The meshed pool cage lets the sun rays in but keeps the insects out.

Peace Lake is just 10 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico coastline. The villa is located in Rotonda - a nature reserve in a tranquil setting of lakes and woodland.
