| Dolphin Harbour Villa is on the shores of the Myakka
River and is surrounded by water on 3 sides so you are guaranteed fantastic
views from all the rooms in the house. The dolphins and manatee come
so close you may be able to hear them! You can also watch the sun go
down from your own balcony. There are no bridges between you and the
Gulf of Mexico so you can hire a boat, keep it at the villa and set off
to explore all the Gulf has to offer. The property has a 30' deep water
boat dock. The community has a large South facing heated pool, fishing pier, two tennis courts, 4 gas BBQ grills, 1 charcoal BBQ grill and a clubhouse with pool table and table tennis. It is in a very convenient location for shopping at Port Charlotte, and there are many beaches within a short drive. |
