Hafod is a stone cottage in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. The cottage had been tastefully renovated and offers  spacious, light accommodation. It is energy efficient being powered by wind, solar and mains electricity.
Set in 30 acres of privately owned woodland. There are excellent walks along a network of paths and tracks right from the cottage door. Woodland, lakes and mountains, some protected by the National Trust and Woodland Trust, border the land. Within easy walking distance is a swimming lake and a request stop on the Ffestiniog Railway.
Maentwrog village with two good pubs is two miles away. Hafod Cottage is 10 miles from Harlech beach and castle. It is 10 miles from the summit of Snowdon and offers an ideal base for exploring Snowdonia.

Living room	sofa, chairs, woodburning stove which provides central heating & hot water
Dining area	with large wooden table and chairs to seat six.
Bedroom 1	downstairs with single bed and door to its own small walled garden.
Bathroom	downstairs with shower, bidet, handbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2	with double bed.
Bedroom 3	small double bed + single bed
Bedding	duvets and pillows are provided without bedlinen (supplied at extra charge)
Provided	Washing machine, stair gate, iron, ironing board, radio/cassette/CD player
Fuel	Gas and limited supply of wood or coal is included in the tariff.
Electricity	charged at 10p per unit
Pets	Well behaved dogs welcome.
