Self Catering Holidays terms & Conditions

1.Self Catering Holidays has no involvement & takes no responsibility in negotiations other than to provide advertising space through www.selfcatering-hr.co.uk web site.
2. Self Catering Holidays will take every care to reproduce faithfully the details & photographs provided to us by advertisers. We will not however be held liable for any loss arising out of any error or omission on our part.
3. Self Catering Holidays will take the utmost care of all materials and photographs provided for the preparation of advertisements, but cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.
4. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure they have the right to reproduce any photographs or digital images which are supplied to us.
5. Self Catering Holidays accepts advertisements in good faith and expects that advertisers will provide an accurate description of their property.
6. The content of all advertisements should comply with relevant UK legislation including the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 The advertiser agrees to indemnify Self Catering Holidays against all claims costs arising out of any misleading information in the advertisement.
7. Self Catering Holidays cannot be held liable for any loss or damages howsoever incurred, in connection with advertising on the Self Catering Holidas website.
8. Self Catering Holidays will (at our discretion) include in avertisements a link to a personal website which relates to the property advertised. We reserve the right to refuse such links, or remove them without notice.
9. Self Catering Holidays reserves the absolute right to refuse to accept any property for advertisement. Under no circumstances will any compensation be payable by Self Catering Holidays for any loss howsoever incurred, including loss of income, the time/cost involved
10. If Self Catering Holidays receives a complaint about a property, we reserve the right to remove that property from our web site without notice, if in our opinion the complaint is reasonably substantiated. Such complaints could relate to the accuracy of an advertisement, the condition or maintenance of the property, unacceptable booking conditions or procedures, lack of adequate response to complaints etc. In all cases our decision will be final. Under no circumstances will any compensation be payable by Self Catering Holiday Rentals for any loss howsoever incurred, including loss of income, re-advertising costs etc.
11. If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the website before the end of their subscription period, this will be done, but no refunds will be paid.
12. Self Catering Holidays will endeavour to prepare new advertisements, and make changes to existing ones quickly as we possibly can.
13. Self Catering Holidays will endeavour as far as practical to ensure that the website is available on the internet at all times. However some breaks in service are inevitable and often beyond our control, we are therefore unable to guarantee 100% availability.
14. Payment for advertising must be in British Pounds by bankers draft or cheque on a UK bank.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and advertisers accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to rule on any disputes.
